You can get conversion studs that replace the wheel bolts. They screw into the hub just like the wheel bolt (and have threadlocker on them) and then a regular lug nut gets threaded on the stud. H&R and some other companies make them.

Standard wheel studs press in from the backside of the hub, so there isn't any way to convert to a standard studs without replacing the entire hub to a different type. But, you don't need to do that because the conversion studs work perfectly fine.
