ReadyToFall: I can still sell you the gun by sending it to your local FFL dealer so they can do the background check on you. The CCW or Voter card are just quick references that you are not a felon at time of purchase, since I can't do a background check during a face to face(FTF) sale.
Just have to cover my butt in case this gun is involved in any future crimes, since my name will be forever linked to this piece as the original owner.
