I had that problem with the integra when I got it. I had a bad hot wire that kept grounding and blowing the fuse. Your interior lights, taillights, and running lights are all on the same fuse. The blown fuse is what makes them all go out so you just need to find the wire that is doing it. Also double check your box and make sure you are using the right size fuse. Make sure you don't have your stereo or any other accessories powering off of that fuse too.
