I understand your concern. I only have 18 posts on this forum as I live in NC and don't post on here too often, but if you'd like to look me up on carolinahondas.com under the same username, you'll see that I've been on there for years and have done countless transactions. I've also been on honda-tech (since '05 I believe?) under the username "sh!tsweak!"...I have TONS of vouches on there and have done countless transactions as well. I am paypal verified too.
To answer your questions, where I live...I bounce back and forth between Charlotte and Durham, NC, but the coilovers are located in Durham.
The spring rates are whatever the off-the-shelf rates are...I believe they are 9.8K fronts and 5k rears.
In regards to a package deal if you buy both, I'm sending you a pm about that now
