lol, I can see where this is getting. It is all made together. To get the most torque possible you would concentrate more on the bottom end as opposed to the top end. Yes, when you do bottom end work it will also increase the hp, and vise versa. You know what I am trying to say. You can gain a higher hp to torque ratio by working on the top end or a higher torque to hp ratio by working on the bottom end.
