1) a) You got mechanical work done at a body shop.
b) You got a shitty TB job... any good shop will use a kit that includes all the new pulleys/idlers/tensioners... find a better shop.
2) The labor is going to be expensive to do this job... its almost as much work to replace this one pulley as it is to have the original TB job done.
3) Have the problem fixed soon... its only a matter of time before this pulley seizes up and takes the belt/timing out with it...
