I saw a white 2 door LS teg, with white 8 spoke rims. Dark tinted windows with little red and blue lights in the back window and in the front window. saw him on lynnhaven parkway once and on Damneck late at night givin tickets out. i was like "what the f*ck are they allowed to do that..." talk about and undercover cop... a buddy of mine saw a dark blue mustang with red and blue lights in the windows over by shore drive..
