Unless you removed the timing belt you should be just fine, if anything the distrubutor might go in 180 degrees out and if that's the case just spin it around the other way. I'd offer my assitance but I have some car work of my own to take care of tommorrow.
you can throw off your ignition timing if you insert the distrbutor without matching up the mating marks.
taguba3: i suggest you invest in a Timing Light. will save you some headaches and definitely keep you from fucking something up. make sure you DON'T get the one with the lil spring thingie. i had one too many "shocking" experiences when i was timing my car lol.
