Who else watched it? Opening race of the 2004 AMA Superbike series, awesome race which was won by Mat Mladin of American Suzuki on his GSX-R 1000. So much of his win last year was accredited to him being on a better bike, with the rules being against him this year you definetly can't say he had it easy(just like when he won on the 750), I have even more respect for his abilities after today. His team mate Aaron Yates had a disturbing outburst after he collided with a lapped rider, as the injured rider was struggling to get up he ran up and drop kicked him in the back and then proceeded to head butt him, i see about 40 million being taken out of suzuki's budget in the near future to pay off the assaulted rider, he's already said he plans to sue and the AMA is investigating the incident.
