FR3SHT0D3F - had "that's the look." above his avatar.
ritz - put shrek's g/f in his avatar
ONEFLYAZN - told me to put "that's the look." above my avatar, the he did it himself.
ritz - replied in a thread hey team that's the look.

Then we recruited some people.

We have some groupies, like people we've never met. So the groupies get the Team part.
