Dont bother calling i just got through and all they have is their hot tub suites at $102 a night. Ill post when i find a hotel with a couple open rooms.

I found a hotel(www.bvmotel.com) for $61 dollars a night for a four person room 2 miles from Beaver run. I was told they have many rooms available for 26 and 27th.
This is where i will be making reservations. Other people going to the event are also staying there
