the block pictured IS sleeved. those are open deck designed 81.5 mm sleeves. pretty close to stock just 50 thousanths over. and the picture DOES look smaller than the real thing. dont make remarks on shit you know NOTHING about.
the picture you have posted has primary and secondary sleeves, like a STOCK BLOCK
which looks like this
you can clearly see the stock sleeves with the primary and secondary
