It really does, yeah. That's because it sounds much more like a flat plane crank engine. That header design almost turns a crossplane crank V8 into a flatplane crank V8 because of the cylinder combination at the collector.
Do you know what kind of distance is required for it to be effective? I mean, there really isn't any room to do it in a FR car, unless you have the headers go forward and have an exhaust that exits at the front of the vehicle.
