So turns out the Map and TPS were in the wrong place, giving me no cel. I put them in the proper place, and I have a cel. Turns out the wires pulled out of the plus at the ECL. Solder on a new plug.NO CEL NO PROBLEMS! thanks everyone for helping me out.
