Not really. There are motor mounts now for the V6's that allow the motor to be dropped right in and have the hood close completely, no cutting needed :-D

You will more than likely still have to trim the hood skeleton (bracing) and suffer from under-car clearance issues. Please don't crack your pan....there are enough "oil slicks" in Highland Springs.
