Bad: That wasn't the problem.

The cats WERE clogged, but that wasn't the only problem (gotta love multi-level troubleshooting). So, now I have to find out why the thing is outrageously rich. I do get boost by about 2k rpm's now though, ~6psi. If my car was running right, I think I'd have full boost by then... SWEET!
