This has been covered many times b/f but here it is again:
1.GSR head with all internals/externals (i.e. VTEC solonoid etc)
2.ECU (many options here) p28 re-chipped is my fav.

an oil supply kit
things id recomend:
1.ARP head studs
2.all new gaskets
3.head stripped and rebuilt (better safe than sorry)
