But you can’t tell us that a stretched slammed GY6 swapped Ruckus doesn't look better than some POS Chinese scooter that you can buy from Pep Boys.
Oh and about the tuning list that you fixed, rejetting needs to be done after the exhaust and intake have been done since a new exhaust will also help the engine breathe better.
