Does your brain work? His fuck ups weren't accidental. He was stealing money/parts from people. That's not a "whoops my bad" type thing. That's a "I'm a piece of shit" type thing. Point blank: you got a shady dude working for your shop, so don't be surprised/mad when your shop is seen in the same light.
