I for one give the car generally at least 15 minutes minimum to cool down between runs if possible, and I like to pop the hood while doing it to help speed up the process in case I get antsy and want to run again. It's amazing how many people let their car just sit there and idle while in the staging lanes sitting there for 15 minutes at a dead stop as well. But I am glad someone noticed that.

I dont care if it is 1/8th, I'll be happy to have a track 15 minutes away as opposed to an hour. It'd be something else to do on any given weekend.

i can see why some ppl idle while staging(first run), dont wanna run at to low a temp, but yea in between runs i think its funny..
