Thats another thing that you shouldn't do. Dont mean to sound like the harda$$ here, but when the AC is on, the condensor drips water constantly. Where does that water go? Onto the track of course. Thus, causing even more traction problems.
Another thing i never understood, the FWD cars will back all the way into the burnout box, not even get the front tires wet and then do a burnout. All they accomplish is dragging water out of the burnout box with there back tires. Who knows!
I try to let the car cool for a good 35-45 minutes between rounds. I'm personally satisfied if I only make 3 or 4 passes the whole night. I'd rather make the best passes than beat the shit out of the car all night long. Also, if you make any adjustment to anything on the car, Ice the intake or intercooler etc., the time flies by anyways.
Like I said, i'm not a hard ass, but racing is something I take seriously and it can be aggrivating to go to NB and watch the newbies do all kind of stupid things. But hey, everyone has to learn somehow.
