As far as construction, I did underground as a subcontractor for cox cable for about two years, so I am qualified to run a trenching machine, and the almighty shovel.

As for the house, my wife is going to be going to school full time, leaving me as the sole source of income and unfortunately probably would not be able to afford it, appreciate the offer though.
