FilipinoMafia- You are legally allowed to ride on any road regardless of the speed limit as long as the road is not considered a State Highway. And technically you are not supposed to go over 35mph to still fall under the law. (Give me a few I am going to find the law real quick)
Dont waste your time, we've posted it 6-7 times in this thread and even on the previous page.

Tittyrat just meant advantages IF it still fell under the "moped" law/guidlines

And your right, but if you travel more than 10mph under the limit you can be sited. Hell they can site you for 5 under if they feel you are impeding.
