The weight going back on the front end is negligible at ~60lbs. The cage is almost uniformly distributed over the chassis with maybe 10% of the weight being biased to the rear axle. It's also pretty simple to determine the weight of the cage considering DOM tubing has a set weight per foot for a given diameter/wall. To put it plainly, the additional weight is easy to plan for and while I had the time I thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and put it on the scales.
