That's the Gold license (a.k.a. "Dealer), buying that gives you (or a shop) the right to charge for a tune. If you pay for your car to be tuned by someone that only has a Pro license they are breaking copyright laws. It's stated on www.tunewithcrome.com and www.pgmfi.org. That's why Gold is $450, it gives you the rights to tune other people's vehicles and charge for it. I will look for the email from John Cui with both of the reg strings and the receipt from Xenocron.com where the licenses were purchased.
