What he's saying is it should be cheaper for cars with adjustable camber from the factory, it only takes a couple minutes and you can do real-time adjustments with laser alignment racks (just turn the bolt till the display reads the setting you want.) There is no overhead cost at all - most shops charge 60-90 an hour, and this takes 20 minutes, alignments are extremily overpriced (at least for my car but I guess they figure it's easy to get away with.
