Have you tested to make sure that the wires to the fuel pump are getting power (with a test light)? I know that you said that it is not priming. Also check all of the fuses in the engine bay to make sure that they are not blown. Also check to make sure that the ECU wiring has not been damaged(a wire came out of my brothers car stopping the fuel pump from getting power as well as a fuse at one point).

i tested wires for power, checked all fuses under dash and in engine bay havent checked ecu yet, ill try first thing tomorrow
