We only rev'd it to 6400. We might end up revving it 6800 to increase the top speed, I also might change the rear gear from a 3.15 to a 2.79. Right now it will do ~150mph at 6800rpm, I would like it to do ~165mph.

LS6 oil pump, not ported. Oil pressure stays around 40psi when the engine is around 180deg. During the break in I used straight SAE 30 oil. I am going to change it to something heavier for track use since the main bearing tolerances are at the loose side of factory specs.

As far as the rod bearings the cause was due to either the way the ARP bolts are made or incorrect torque. I used Katech bolts this time, the ARP's and the Katechs couldn't be any more different for being used in the same location.
