also an interesting bike to watch is the Foggy Petronas that Troy Corser is riding, its not a factory bike like the honda or ducati, but they built it just to compete in this race and had to build just enough for the street so they could fall within the rules to race since they have to be production bikes, its cool enough to see a privateer on a bike beat some of the factory guys, but even cooler when its pretty much a privateer built and developed bike, it stole on podium from the factory boys already this season

Hey man the Petronas FP-1 is a factory bike with 100 units produced, all thats required to race SBK. The were a limited production and only 100 have and will ever be made at this point. I myself was #3 on the list to receive this production bike when it was released. I have respectively declined the invitaion to own this one of a kind bike due to the $50,000 price tag. I have invested too much money in my Ducati racing already! I just wanted to let you guys know that there is a production model of the FP-1.
