You need both for the car to run right. If you want a set of good set of 450cc injectors from a turbo DSM for $65 let me know rather than spending $200+ on a set of RC's if your low on budget. The 450cc will be plenty for 10psi with that turbo. Also make sure your get a adj fuel pressure reg, pressure gauge, and larger fuel pump.
This man was on target. Fuel Pressure Regulator, A Gauge to keep track of it, better/larger fuel pump and possibly a new resistor pack for the pump.
