Like I said, it's not what they put on their car, IT'S HOW THEY PRESENT THEMSELVES. Someone with a bunch of APC mods and useless stickers on their car can drive normally and obey laws most of the time as oppose to some stupid Civic that does burn outs and do donuts infront of a cop.
actually i've never street raced before, so maybe you should rephrase your answer. and i'm not bullshitting you, its pointless ninety-nine percent of the time... i don't consider myself a street racer, nor did i ever say that. i consider myself a car entusiast who enjoys my car to the fullest extent. i enjoy the car, i enjoy the scene, and i don't enjoy being pulled over because another "street racer" got in a one-hundred mile-per-hour crash into a school bus... the fact remains that underbody lights attract attention to your car, and its usually unwanted attention. whether you like it or not, its common for a cop to pull over a similar car for another car's problem... why do you think cops look for people with altezzas? because its a thing that you put on your car saying: i'm irresponsible when i drive. why do you think that REAL car enthusiasts never do that? because we are in the car scene for one thing: the cars. it seems like your brother is in the car scene for one thing: attention. when you want attention, go elsewhere, because at least it won't harm my form of enjoyment.
