I guess its a good beginner bike. To tell you the truth, as a beginner, i wouldnt really know if it is or isnt, but since i havent killed myself in the 8 miles of riding ive done thus far, then i guess its good at the very beginning. Only time will tell. If you are someone that can be humbled by the bike, then id say yeah. When i opened her up on my street, i thought i heard the bike say to me "Bitch, you aint ready for this shit, im too much machine for you." and all i could say back was "Werd."
That bike humbled me quickly, its fucking fast as shit. Im so glad i did start with a 600 and NOTHING HIGHER!

My fairings are scratched, but the picture do more justice to her then she probably deserves, and im okay with that

And yes, i love fast cars, BUT nothing can beat the excitement you feel on a bike. No matter how bad a day your having or whatever, that bike will make you forget it all; because once your on it, its just you and the bike. I cant describe how good i feel when im on that thing.
