well first off,you need a vtec head and either some machine work or the golden eagle ls/vtec conversion kit if your gonna do ls/vtec, a vtec intake manifold, distributor, b series tranny, plug wires, shift linkage and stabalizer, bolt in motor mount kit, vtec ecu and something to control it with(optional), harness,axles, intermediate shaft, some wiring knowledge and a little bit of time.......im sure theres other stuff that im forgetting.......
