Given the mounting style and size, I'd say those are Mid/Late 90's GSX-R 1000 forks/Brakes. Looks like they had the forks anodized though, those colors weren't offered in the early 90's on street models as far as I know.

Its purdy, the thumpers are growing on me more and more.
