Actually, if it goes to a jury, as some felonies do, it could very well be for one of us to decide. Personally, I wish that idiot had killed himself before he could reproduce. It's obvious to me that if he doesn't have the common sense by driving age not to get drunk, go 120MPH, run from the cops and wreck, then he never will. Also, then we won't have to waste the taxpayer's money with him trying to defend himself against testimony like, "After the pursuit and subsequent wreck, we approched the overturned vehicle, Mr. <inserts dumbass's name here> was still in the driver's seat. The toxicology report back back with him having a BAC of .08. He's lucky to be alive, since we clocked him at 120MPH" Well, yes, I can certainly see how he could assert his innocence.
It doesn't suprise me, though, that your dumb ass would have had these kinds of offenses either. We can only hope that you wreck your turd into your family house, having it catch fire, killing you and everyone inside so that way the world will no longer be contaminated with your genes.
All I can say is, he'd better HOPE I don't pull jury duty any time soon....
