Will dyno tuning do a lot for you since you have a misfire? Usually when you have a crazy idle like that, you have some sort of intake leak. If you're misfire problem has occured since the cam install, just double check the plugs and wires to make sure they're in the right spots and in there nice and tight. Since I own the inferior OHV engine, I don't know too much about the basic layout of your DOHC engine. Also check out the rockers for cylinder one to make sure the valves are opening properly. Hopefully it won't have to come down to that.
