since i cant help you with your idle and CEL problems at least ill post how much dyno tuning was for me.

steve sakai of SGT Racing in Frederickburg, VA #1-571-238-7607: 100bucks an hour for the dyno and 100bucks an hour for tuning the hondata which includes the wideband. so basically 200bucks an hour for dyno tuning for hondata. dont know about the VAFC.

shad of Abacus Racing in VA Beach, VA #1-757-363-8878: 100bucks an hour for dyno and i think it was like around 70bucks an hour for tuning the hondata.


like i said i dont know what they run to tune the VAFC, thats just hondata prices. theres more places to get your VAFC tuned but i thats the only 2 places ive dealt with.
