You have a couple options here.

You can always use a smaller socket than the bolt, mash it on with force and easily try to break it loose.

You can try cutting a slot on the head of the bolt and using a flathead attachment. (If you have enough space that is)

I'm only listing these because I'm pretty sure the intake manifold bolts are torqued no more than 30 pounds and I may be way over on that guess. It shouldn't take much to free it, but I would go with the first one I mentioned its much easier than the second one.
