I think gabe at one point have had like a 3 month wait. Spur of the moment easy pieces often get passed down to the new guy/gal. Didn't want you wasting your time cainh the big names at the better shops only to hear they've got no openings.
well from what i learned from the tattoo guys up here is. Walk-ins is their bread and butter. they can charge someone ridiculous amount of money for some ugly olde english collarbone piece (last time i went i saw some guy pay 450 for a 20 letter piece, talk about mind blown) but he's like we like the walks in cause we can bank on them, then you loyal guys can get the work done for reasonable price. also the shops i go to tend to do walk ins on the weekend and appointment only during the week.
