Just I know that we are looking for more GWA's and the comment was made that if I could find some good guys that I can trust he would rather do that then have to higher some dumb punk kid no one knows anything about like they have been doing for the last few months.

Days needed to work - Definatly Tuesdays (college night) thats the night we definatly need more GWA's.

The weekends we can hold it down with 5 like we have been doing. But its always nice to have someone to be able to call if you want the night off and they can cover your shift.

Therefor I put the add up on drag, but since we are trying to feed through retards, thats why I requested that I meet you before I help you out and help you get the job, then you turn out to be a total dumb fuck and that falls back on me.

I was asked to go a little further into detail about requirments and job dutys so let me try to do that now

You only have to be 18
Like I said you dont have to be huge, we have some small guys (wrestlers, 3rd degree black belts) that can handle themselfs pretty well. But for the most part weve never had anythign go ONE ON ONE with customers. Its always 8 on one, thats whats great, EVERYONE has your back.
Got to be level headed when your talking to someone, like cant say come on fuck im throwing you out. Just keep cool, ask them nicely to talk to you outside, then break the news to them they are gonna have to take the rest of the night off.
Flirt with girls, dont over due it and get your attention off things, but definatly flirt with them.
Clean up spills while walking around the club, pick up empty bottles and throw them away, keep a lookout for underage drinkers (its actaully very easy to catch them) Enforce dress code, that kind of thing. Its seriously easy, and FUN. If you dont love comming to this job, you need to find somewhere else to work. Cause Ive been there since august and theres not one day that Ive actually said, FUCK I HAVE TO GO TO WORK .

Ive already mentioned the bounus's - when you put that white shirt on with the logo on it, it attracts girls. Im fat, and ive gotten more ass since ive been at Cafe' since last August then I ever have.
