The reason he does this is because inexperienced noobs go buy 1000cc bikes and kill themselves a month later. It gives our community of riders a bad name. IMHO I wish the M liscense was setup like in Europe. You HAVE to start on a small bike and log in so many miles before you can advance.
A noob buying anything greater than 600cc's is an idiot. Its like putting a go-kart racing 12 yearold in an INDY car. It wont turn out good.
