Bobby, it's the speed sensor. More than likely you need to replace the electrical portion of the speed sensor to correct the problem. It is also possible that the connector has water or coolant in it causing a bad connection. Unplug it and check out the pins to make sure that there is no corrosion or dried coolant on the pins.
