If she is turning onto a main road. She needs to yeild to traffic regaurdless!! If you had hit her in the side it would be different. It would mean she was already in the intersection. Which would make you at fautl if your light was red. Beeing that you were in the intersection and she ran into the side of your car she is at fault.
