In answer to the thread topic, I'm pretty sure on '99 and '01 Cobras, they ran 245's. On the new Cobras ('03 and '04) they run Eagle F1's 275's.
EDIT: I just realized we have different people talking about three different types of "what a Cobra runs" here.

I think boostedls1 ran a 12.89 with very very few mods. (not stock, but close...dont know what mods) and he ran a 13.0 with only like an intake.
EDIT: youd have to ask him, not sure.
