The best is win I lined up against a Mustang in the 1/8...when I ran my 8.2@89 MPH...he was rumbling, purging, slicks...I was doomed. He launched and pulled a 1.8 60', killing me in the first 1/16 mile, then I finally settled into high boost and traction and crossed the line the same time as him. The guys I was there with said the rednecks were hating on me BAD until my time threw up before his did...it was the most glorious thing ever....and it had nothign to do with anything in this thread.
I lined up against an 01 SS Camaro once in my old Mustang, hit 3rd gear about the 1/8th mile, plug came off the TFI module and my car shut off...I ran a 13.10 to his 13.20 on that run
