Handle your business. Don't post about it preemptively. If the person responsible is on this board, it's not a good idea to give them a head's up, especially if you're going to go vigilante on them.

Post about what happened and who it was after everything gets taken care of.

Unless there is some hard evidence, it's not good to publically accuse someone.
