Default Re: Loudoun Court - Driving on Suspended..

Plain and simple your going to jail. I had a similair situation a long time ago, 7+ years ago, where i drove on my suspended license because i had to and got caught. (had to go to work to pay bills) Got 90 days with 60 suspended and served 30 days. (equates to 2 weeks in jail.) And that was with a really good lawyer. It added more suspension time to my license. I still had to drive on it suspended and got caught again. I got the same deal as before but with an added kick. My license was then revoked for another year. All said and done i served a month in jail, paid tons of fines and was without a license for about 3 years. Oh yea, anytime you get caught driving on a suspended its an automatic 6 month extension to your suspension. Also, your going to get raped for insurnace because now you are going to have to have an SR-22 for 3 years. Good luck and stop driving.
