Is their really that much difference from an older (say early-mid 90's) 600 and the ones currently on the show room floor.

I ask because I've been looking for a 250 or 500 around the area and I've had no luck at all...Their seems to be plenty of older 600's around though. I think I might just opt for an older f2.
