why do people say the sr20's turbo is efficient only till 12psi when its not?

enjuku racing clearly states that the efficiency is from 7-15psi, i run 15psi at night when its really cold and it pulls like a mutha fucka.

now as far as turbos wearing down i have yet to see that happen but when that time comes ill be ready to upgrade turbos!
