This is a PM Daniel sent to me earlier.....nothing against Daniel and I am sorry If you are upset that I posted this, but I am sure you are or have been saying this to people in person and I want to clarify....

When you posted one of my original and personal emails on this board your intent was to make me look bad, plain and simple.

And that was okay with me.

But when what YOU stirred up in here got out of hand...and I mean WAY out of hand (pictures of me and my dog, your constant constant constant constant flaming, a Super-Punch out thread dedicated to me, etc. etc.) I decided that I would consult with one of my lawyers (and not about the pics on Godspeed but about the pic I own that Stangsta Photo-Shoped)

I took my lawyers advice and contacted the police about the picture. The Chesterfield County Police wanted to know how this all started up and I told them -

1 - You had pictures of me on your web site that suggested that I was/am a member of Godspeed.

2 - You continued to tell people that I am in Godspeed (numerous people comming to me saying this)

3 - I sent you an email asking you to remove the pictures.

4 - You did not remove the pictures, but instead post the worst email I sent you regarding the pictures to publicly "humiliate" me.

5 - Many people joined in on the bashing while you sat back and enjoyed every second of it.

6 - Stangsta took a photo that I belong and Photo-Shoped it. (you wore this under your posts for days)


The Police Officers said they needed to see the pictures so I brought them upstairs and showed them Dragva, where they saw your post on officer Yager, the photos, the name calling and people talking about races.

We also visited your website so they could see the pictures on there. You posted on your site that you meet at c20 every Sunday...The officers then assured me that there will never be a "meet" of anykind there.

I did not call the CCPD to shut down the meeting spot, I called in regards to what you started here.

You say your the president of your "club" maybe its about time you started acting like it. Nobody in your position would have started anything like this on a public forum.

Point Blank - If you had never posted that email, and kept all this shit outside the board today we would still have the parking lot.
